  1. Introduction

Welcome to Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. ("we," "us," "our"). By using our services, you ("Client," "you," "your") agree to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you and Cassia Research Inc. regarding the use of our services.

  1. Services

We provide a done-for-you LinkedIn lead generation and meeting booking automation service. Our Services include:

  • Connecting to the Client's LinkedIn profile (with the Client's authorization).

  • Automating network growth by inviting prospects to connect on LinkedIn.

  • Utilizing AI tools to communicate with prospects and book meetings on behalf of the Client.

Charges are based on results, with a $100 USD fee automatically billed for each meeting successfully booked. This is not a subscription-based service, and charges apply only as meetings are booked.

  1. Client Responsibilities

  1. Profile Access Authorization:
    The Client agrees to provide the necessary credentials or access permissions to their LinkedIn profile to enable service delivery.

  2. Profile Accuracy:
    The Client is responsible for ensuring that the information on their LinkedIn profile is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with professional standards.

  1. Payment Terms

Automatic Billing: You authorize Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. to automatically charge the card on file for each meeting booked.

  1. Billing Cycle: Charges will be processed as meetings are booked and reported to you.

  2. Currency: All charges are in United States Dollars (USD).

  3. Payment Disputes: Any disputes must be raised in writing within 7 days of billing. Failure to raise a dispute within this time will be deemed acceptance of the charge.

  1. Non-Payment Policy

  1. Threshold for Suspension: If unpaid invoices exceed $500 USD or are more than 14 days overdue, your Services will be suspended until outstanding balances are paid in full.

  2. Reinstatement of Services: Once payment of overdue amounts is received, Services may be reinstated at our sole discretion.

  1. Sales Pilot and LinkedIn

Sales Pilot is not an official product published by LinkedIn. All LinkedIn™ logos and trademarks used and displayed are the property of LinkedIn. Use of Sales Pilot is at your own risk.

  1. AI Communication Disclaimer

The Client understands that AI tools are used to interact with prospects on their behalf. While the AI is configured to adhere to best practices and compliance standards, the Client acknowledges that:

  1. Conversations are subject to interpretation and may not perfectly reflect the Client's tone or intentions.

  2. Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. is not responsible for miscommunication or outcomes resulting from AI-driven interactions.

  1. Non-Guaranteed Outcomes

While the service is designed to book meetings, Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. does not guarantee a specific number of meetings, the quality of leads, or conversion to sales. The service is limited to the scheduling of meetings as described.

  1. Data Privacy and Security

  1. Data Access and Use:
    The Client’s LinkedIn data and associated prospect data will be accessed and used only for the purposes of providing the Services.

  2. Data Security:
    We implement reasonable measures to protect sensitive data; however, the Client acknowledges that no system is entirely secure, and Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. is not liable for data breaches resulting from third-party services or unforeseen incidents.

  3. Third-Party Dependencies:
    The Services rely on LinkedIn, and any changes to LinkedIn’s APIs, policies, or systems that impact the functionality of the service are outside of Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc.’s control..

  1. Intellectual Property

  1. AI Conversations and Templates:
    Any scripts, messages, or templates created by Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. as part of the Services are proprietary and may not be used outside the scope of the Services without written permission.

  2. Client's Profile Content:
    The Client retains ownership of their LinkedIn profile and its content but grants Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. permission to use it during the term of the Services for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

  1. Indemnity

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sales Pilot by Cassia Research Inc. from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  1. Violation of LinkedIn's terms of service.

  2. Claims related to AI-generated communications or interactions with prospects.

  1. Termination

  1. Voluntary Cancellation: You may cancel your use of our Services at any time by providing written notice. All booked meetings up to the point of cancellation will be billed.

  2. Suspension for LinkedIn Account Issues: The service may be suspended or terminated if the Client’s LinkedIn account is suspended, restricted, or otherwise inaccessible for more than 14 days, as this directly affects service delivery.

  3. Termination for Non-Payment: If overdue amounts remain unpaid for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate your account permanently.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
